acetaminophen is drugs used to treat pain and fever it can inhibit cox 2 of hypothalamus, when you take to much alcohol never take paracetamol and when you have liver disease never take it. paracetamol are not NSAID because have two properties of analgesia and antipyretics while NSAID has three properties analgesia and antipyretics and anti-inflammation.
